Apostolic! Its A Lifestyle!

The day of Pentecost was observed in Jerusalem fifty days after the celebration of the Passover, which commemorated Israel’s deliverance out of Egypt. It is significant that this day was chosen by the Lord to begin the fulfillment of Joel 2:28: “I will pour out my Spirit upon all flesh….”

The Spirit came upon the waiting, praying disciples in an overwhelming manner. Their complete commitment to Christ and His commission evoked a mighty baptism of God’s power. This was evidenced initially by their speaking in tongues (Acts 2:4). The Spirit was resident in their lives from that moment. The Spirit-filled early church witnessed many outstanding miraculous happenings (Acts 3:1-7; 4:31). They were able to lead victorious lives as a result of their Pentecostal experience.

Two baptisms were disclosed on the day of Pentecost. There was a baptism in the Holy Spirit, and in the Apostle Peter’s message that followed, water baptism in the name of Jesus Christ was commanded (Acts 2:38). This outward, physical baptism mysteriously merges with that of the Spirit, and is the “one baptism” of Ephesians 4:5. This is what Jesus referred to as being “born again” in John 3:3-7. And how wonderful to be born into the family of God-changed, transformed, and made a “new creature in Christ Jesus”.

No, Pentecost is not a denomination. It is a new birth experience. It is primitive Christianity made relevant to today’s world. The people referred to as Pentecostal simply believe, teach, and receive all that transpired on that birthday of the church…Pentecost, 33 A.D. There is a church near you that embraces these basic Christian truths and experiences. You owe it to yourself to attend-and see what Pentecost can really mean to you!

A Message About The U.S. Economy

The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have
come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.
John 10:10

From the Pastor,
Grace, peace and mercy be unto you from God our Father and the Lord, Jesus Christ.
My Children of Promise, praise the Lord without fear or doubt; knowing that which you invest in God will never depreciate.  As we witness the effects of our nation’s economic crisis, it’s clear that this country regards cash and worldly possessions as their king and greed has become their god.  As Saints, remain confident in the knowledge that money is not your supply.  In spite of what you observe going on around you, remember that Jesus is King and though it may not appear so, He’s yet in control.  No matter how trying the hour or how difficult the moment; STAND and declare to the world that God is the solution to every problem.  I exhort you therefore to encourage yourself and others that God keeps His word because He is His Word.  So, if the Bible says, the righteous shall never be forsaken and God shall supply all your needs according to His riches in glory, you can take that to the bank for not only is the earth the Lord’s but everything that’s dwells therein is His too !

The above message was from Bishop Jasper Rolle Jr., Apostolic Pastor of Abundant Life Tabernacle Ministries http://www.alttabernacle.org/

Pentecostal Perspective: What Legacy Will You Leave Behind?

Ask yourself this question. For real, now I want you to think real hard about the answer your are going to give. When you die, when you cease to exist, when you’ve taken your last breath here on earth, What legacy will you leave behind? Will it be a legacy of some great singer? Or perhaps even an artist of some sort that painted pictures and sold them to expensive art galleries in New York City or even Paris, France. Will people say that you were a good friend, lover, companion. Will people remember you for all the good things you’ve done, your selfless ways, your undying love and compassion to see others succeed. Or will the legacy that you leave be one of a bitter person. One who gossiped, spread lies and sowed malicious seeds of discord through your neighborhood, job, or worse THE CHURCH!

You see, the lifestyle that you live today is going to determine the legacy that you leave behind once your long gone.  Quick story. I had a great grandmother who was a staunch Seventh Day Adventist. She would visit the sick, she cooked and cleaned, she gave bible studies and even when you needed money if she had it she would give you her last. But it was all WORKS! You see, when grandma died, to this day we question whether or not she made it in. You ask yourself “why”? She seemed like a good person to me. Surely she made it into heaven (and not in body form but in Spirit form cause you DO know that when you die, your body goes to the ground, returns to dust and your SOUL goes either to GOD which is in heaven or to a place where you are out of the presence of God…..a form of hell were you are tormented until the resurrection of the just and the unjust). But never mind all of that. Grandma was a mean women behind closed doors. She had a lot of secrets. She gossiped, she at times could be crude and just plain on MEAN! But the church did not know this. Only the family did.

The life that you live today is going to determine a couple of things. One, its going to determine how people remember you. Where you a good Christian behind closed doors? Did you witness to people about the soon coming King? Were you the type of person that enjoyed reading Gods Word to the point where your love for Him influenced others to get a more deeper knowledge of Christ? Two, the life that you live is going to determine if you go to heaven or hell. Both of which are very real places. You will spend eternity conscience somewhere (and for my catholic readers, it wont be LIMBO or PURGATORY…..those places dont exist and that doctrine is non scriptural).

I want you to understand something dear reader. God wants you to be a leader and not a follower. He has called YOU to be the head and not the tail. FIRST and not LAST. The lender and not the borrower. That is the type of legacy you should be striving for. Every breath you take, every decision you make, it all is to be to the Glory of God (who’s name is Lord Jesus Christ). Think about people like Martin Luther King, Rosa Parks, Your Pastor. All people who were (or are) great leaders within society. These were people that you could look back over there life and pattern yourself after when it came to great leadership positions within society. Now, lets look at JESUS the GOOD SHEEPHEARD. Oh what a leader he was and oh what a legacy he left behind for us all to follow. Matter of fact, he said “greater works will ye do”. Now thats hot. To have litterally lived on earth, was the perfect example, died and rose again, then on top of the He left Himself here in the form of His spirit which is a free gift to all. Talk about a legacy. Talk about a leader. Talk about a perfect example to follow. Jesus was the type of person that held the keys to success, decided to make duplicates of it, and told us all to pick up our cross and follow Him. Then He commanded us all to duplicate those same keys that he had (in the form of disciples) and to preach and teach repentance, remission of sins, and baptism in His name so that we too could leave a legacy that would not only guarentee us a seat in heaven, but also guarentee us a special place in the memory of peoples heart once we left this earth.

Today my friend, make up in your mind that you want to leave a legacy that is pure and holy. A legacy that is without spot or wrinkle. A legacy that other people will patter themselves after once your gone. And it should all be to glorify your Father (The Lord Jesus Christ, who was 100% human and 100% God) who is in heaven. No matter how young or old you are, its never too late to start working on YOUR LEGACY!

I’m praying for you……..be blessed in Jesus Name!

Carlton Pearson Closes His Church – Tulsa Ministry Closed By Pastor

After last sermon, no regrets

by: BILL SHERMAN World Religion Writer
9/21/2008  12:00 AM

Carlton Pearson says he has a sense of mourning and a feeling a new day is near.

Bishop Carlton Pearson shut down New Dimensions Church this month, ending his 27 years as a senior pastor in Tulsa.

What remained of the former Higher Dimensions Family Church, once one of Tulsa’s most prominent charismatic churches, has folded into All Souls Unitarian Church.

Pearson said he and his family will make All Souls their church home, and he urged his members to do the same.

In a play on words that is typically Pearson, he said that when he reflects on the last eight years, he sometimes feels a sense of mourning and other times a sense of morning — that dawn is coming.

“I have no regrets for what I did in this town,” he said.

Eight years ago, Pearson was at the pinnacle of his evangelical career. His south Tulsa congregation of about 6,000 members contributed $60,000 a week to the church coffers. He had a national audience as guest host on the Trinity Broadcasting Network. He was on the Oral Roberts University Board of Trustees. He was among a handful of national black religious leaders advising then-President-elect George W. Bush.

Then Pearson committed evangelical heresy by beginning to preach that all people will go to heaven, a theology he calls “the gospel of inclusion.”

Over the next few years, his congregation fell to a few hundred, his church buses were banned from the ORU campus, and he lost his south Tulsa church property in foreclosure.

He renamed his church New Dimensions, and at the invitation of Rector Stephen McKee, he began to hold afternoon services at Trinity Episcopal Church downtown.

Spurned by the evangelical world, he became popular in the liberal religious establishment. He was featured in several national news programs and invited to speak to a variety of progressive and interfaith organizations. Book and movie offers came in. Eventually, his church affiliated with the United Church of Christ, one of America’s most liberal denominations, and he became a UCC minister.

New Dimensions left Trinity in June and began holding services at All Souls Unitarian Church, creating an unusual blend of a white congregation with a staid worship style and a black congregation with a Pentecostal worship style.

All Souls is the world’s largest Unitarian church.

The last New Dimensions service was held there Sept. 7.

Pearson said he chose All Souls because the church is inclusive, accepting gays, blacks and people of all religious persuasions, including atheists and agnostics.

“I wanted a place where my people could find safe harbor,” he said. “They’re already outcasts in the evangelical/charismatic community.”

He has closed his downtown office. Most of his church personnel, both full-time and volunteers, are being worked into the All Souls church family.

Pearson said he plans to continue writing and recording. He has a three-book contract with Simon & Schuster publishers, and he has just released his latest album, “Reflections After the Rain.”

He continues to receive speaking offers around the country.

He has started the Global Institute of Inclusion Consciousness in Atlanta.

He said he has no immediate plans to leave Tulsa but has not ruled out moving to Atlanta, Chicago or the West Coast, where he is from.

Meanwhile, the infusion of several hundred people with a black Pentecostal worship style has created a new excitement at All Souls, said Senior Minister Marlin Lavanhar.

The church’s 10 a.m. service remains traditional, but the 11:30 a.m. service has taken on more of a Pentecostal flavor, with some raised hands, clapping, standing and shouting.

The New Dimensions Ensemble participates in that service and also holds a half-hour worship time between services.

“The ‘amens’ and the ‘right ons’ pull something out of you when you preach,” Lavanhar said. “There’s a lot of laughter and tears. We’ve never been so free in worship.

“It’s quite a beautiful mix of people — black and white, young and old.

“The message is the same,” Lavanhar continued. “We’re not changing the essence of who we are; we’re finally becoming what we said we are and who we’ve wanted to be.

“We’re not wanting to assimilate, but we’re blending. I want everyone to be themselves and to be comfortable and confident in worship.”

The Rev. John Wolf, retired senior minister of All Souls who built the church into one of the most prominent Unitarian churches in the nation, said he was thrilled about what is happening there.

“We’ve been waiting for this for a long time,” he said.

P.O.P. Music Review: Mary Mary “Get Up” & Deitrick Haddon “Love Him Like I Do”

Well, these 2 songs are sure to be played in the club this fall and winter. Not too sure if I should “do a little holy dance” or grab a partner and backslide and go out to the club this weekend and jam to the latest “gospel” songs. So much for winning souls to Christ. This is just my review. Now, as a musician as well, I love a slamming beat, I love bumpin in my Honda and truly cruising “for the Lord” so to speak. But Lord has gospel music gone to yet a “whole notha level”. *sigh*

Now, below you’ll find Mary Mary’s new single “Get Up” but uh, what are we getting up to do? Are we getting up to party in the club or are we getting up from our bed of sin and shame to Praise The Lord. I dunno. Perhaps you guys in cyber world can tell me. Now, the beat is “HOT TO DEATH” but uh, it looks like from the album cover they are selling more than the Word of God through song. My take on it is that the clubs will be bumpin “Get Up” and more so called Christians are all going to find reasons to go run and get their groove on to this new jam. Listen for yourself.

Now Deitrick Haddon has always been edgy (and uh even has an Apostolic background) but its apparent that he too is joining the rest of the hip hop and r&b world (wearing earrings and all) and singing songs that semi glorify God. Now, this song has been out for a minute, its HOTTT, trust me, I like it for the beats. but boy does it remind me of the world. Can you see the choir on Sunday morning rocking in their robes to “Love Him Like I Do” (oppps, yall dont even wear robes anymore….to traditional right? WRONG!) *sigh* I suppose. Listen to the video for yourself below. At least the mention of God is all through this song.

Happy 1 Year and 128,000+ (posts) Anniversary To The Pope Of Pentecost Blog

I cant believe it! September 2008 makes 1 whole year that I started this blog. So much has happened in this one year. When I look back over all my post I can see growth. I can see change. I can see perfection. Yet the buck does not stop here. I am so committed as long as the Lord should say the same to continue to bring to you both religious and secular news POPE OF PENTECOST STYLE! Its amazing to me. Day after day I get emails from all my readers who enjoy reading this site. For that I thank you. You really don’t know how much it means to me to have such a fan base that supports and encourages me to do the work of the Lord Jesus Christ. Yeah I may step on a few toes, I might even say things that you totally don’t agree with, but you know what, that’s what makes this site unique and special. Keep all the emails coming and again, thanks for your support.

With that in mind, I want to offer each of you the one thing you’ll need to inherit eternal life and that’s JESUS CHRIST OUR LORD! Have you been baptised in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ? If not….what are you waiting for? Get on board with the truth which I promise will make you free indeed. Have you been filled with the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in other tongues? Whaaaaaaaaaaaattttttt? Noooooo? You don’t speak in tongues????? Man, its time for you to get on board and receive that free gift called the Holy Ghost. This promise is unto you, your children, and your children’s children and to them that are all afar off. Still struggling with those fraternities, sororities and secret societies? Drop them like the bad habit they are and come out of darkness into this marvelous light. Still feel that you don’t need to “raise the roof” while your in church with all that dancing and shouting? Hmmmm, I bet you shout at the TV screen for your favorite sports team. Why not shout and jump and dance like Psalm 100 commands us to do for the One that gave you eternal life and thats Christ YOUR Lord. Its free. It does not cost a thing. I’ll let you in on a secret, the price was already paid for you at Calvary’s cross. Mmm Hmmm. It was not Muhammad, it was Jesus Christ that died for you. Stick around for a while, I promise you, this APOSTOLIC LIFESTYLE that I offer unto you today is not a denomination, its a WAY OF LIFE, and that is, A LIFE OF HOLINESS! Free from sin and shame. Free to be all you can be in Christ.

Again, Happy 1 Year anniversary to the Pope Of Pentecost Blog. The blessings of the Lord maketh rich and addeth no sorrow. I bless YOU in the Name of the Lord!

………and since Jesus Christ who is God Almighty IS the greatest power, WE SHALL NOT be defeated!

No Gas In Atlanta!

OK, so the above picture is NOT the prices that gas is currently at in Atlanta but according to the news, Atlanta literally has NO GAS! Do you hear what I say. NO GAS! Saints we need to pray HARD for GOD to alleviate this shortage we are experiencing. Its amazing. I mean, I literally have no words for what is going on today. Pray Saints, just PRAY!

ATLANTA, Georgia (CNN)– Mohammed Hussain got 3,000 gallons of gas delivered to his Chevron station in suburban Atlanta on Saturday. By Sunday morning, all of the gas, priced at $4.39 per gallon for regular unleaded, was gone.

“We’re dry. We’ve got no gas here,” Hussain, the station’s manager, said Monday morning.

He said he has “no idea” when the next shipment will come, even though he’s been in constant contact with the local terminal.

“It could be days,” he said. “Obviously, we’re disappointed. We’re being patient. That’s all we can do.”

Across metro Atlanta, drivers in one of the nation’s largest commuter cities are running into the same thing: a lack of gas and no clear idea when the situation will get better. State and industry officials say they’re working as fast as they can and are urging people not to panic.

Christina Wedge, a resident of the Atlanta suburb Decatur, said her tank was on empty Sunday. When she went to fill up, she passed six stations closed down before finally finding one with gas for nearly $5 a gallon. She got just enough to continue looking for a cheaper price. About a mile away, she found a station with long lines for gas around $4.29.

“I waited 30 minutes to get gas,” she said. “It does concern me. I’m actually frustrated that the prices are so high.”

Michael Lanfreschi, an iReporter from the suburb of Alpharetta, shared a similar story. He said he left work around noon to fill up his tank “when I started noticing all of the gas stations were empty.” “There was no gas to be found, then panic set in as I approached a gas station with a 40-car line,” he said. “This is causing complete chaos. Why is this happening, and what actions are being taken to prevent this from happening again, and why did it happen in the first place?”

According to AAA, Atlanta’s drivers are in for sticker shock when they do find a station with gasoline. The average price in metro Atlanta, as of Monday, for a gallon of regular unleaded was $4.02, nearly 30 cents higher than the national average of $3.74 In the Houston area try to get back up to full capacity in the wake of Hurricanes Ike and Gustav, state and industry officials say. The Colonial Pipeline, which typically delivers 100 million gallons of gasoline, aviation fuel and other petroleum products throughout the southeastern United States, is not running at full capacity.

“Since the hurricanes both hit, we have been tapping the reserves of the stockpiles of the fuels that were made before the hurricanes hit, and we’ve been delivering those,” said Steve Baker, a spokesman for the pipeline.

“That’s caused us to operate at a reduced rate, less than we’re capable of. So that’s been part of the problem that we’ve faced, and we’re trying to overcome.”

Further complicating matters is that metro Atlanta has more stringent environmental requirements than other areas, meaning gas from other cities can’t be brought in because it doesn’t meet the city’s smog requirements. The state is working with the state energy agency and the Environmental Protection Agency about getting a temporary waiver of that rule, said Bert Brantley, a spokesman for Gov. Sonny Perdue’s office.

“I don’t want anyone to think that’s a panacea,” he said.

But he added, “Anything that would help us get another truckload or two … is going to help the situation.”

Brantley said the state has already lifted some regulations allowing for drivers to work more hours to get fuel from the main terminal to stations and for heavier trucks to be allowed to carry larger loads than normal. The state is asking people who don’t need to fill up their tanks to wait until later before doing so.

“There’s somewhat of a shortage right now, but it certainly could get a lot worse if people were to panic and react in a way that would cause a run and drain what supply there is out there now,” Brantley said. “That’s why we’re encouraging Georgians to conserve as much as possible.”

The state would not offer a timeframe on when the situation might return to normal. Brantley, however, said the situation with Houston’s refineries is getting better every day.

Jim Tudor, the president of the Georgia Association of Convenience Stores, which represents about 2,600 stores, praised the state for lifting some of the restrictions to allow for quicker delivery of fuel.

“We are working as fast as possible to try to get as many stations refilled,” he said. “Having said that, we’re still in catch-up mode.”

That brings little relief to consumers

iReporter Dustin Gatlin said he waited 45 minutes Sunday at an Atlanta QuikTrip before it shut down. He then waited for well over an hour at a different station.

“Yesterday, we were in line for about two hours and they actually had people [who worked for the gas station] out there directing traffic because there were people jumping in line, and they actually had to get people out there to watch,” he said.

Hezekiah Walker on Good Morning America Performing Sould Out

Celebrate Gospel Music!
http://abcnews.go.com/Video/playerIndex?id=5863092

ZOMBA Gospel Releases New Music From Grammy Award Winning Hezekiah Walker & LFC
SOULED OUT In Stores, November 4th, 2008

Hezekiah Walker & LFC Perform New Single September 23 on Good Morning America NOW

New York, NY — Hezekiah Walker, one of the most renowned voices of Gospel music is putting the final touches on his 13th CD, SOULED OUT, scheduled for release November 4, 2008 on Zomba Gospel.  The title track, also the first single, boasts the signature high-powered praise of Walker’s formidable choir, and will be performed Tuesday, September 23, on Good Morning America NOW as part of Gospel Music Heritage Month.

The song is a sure fire church classic where the Love Fellowship Choir compellingly sings “I’m sold out…My mind is made up…”  Walker says it promotes a message that is close to his heart and that the church really needs to hear.   “In this day and age that we’re living in—with high gas prices, the mortgage crisis, job problems, the economy—a lot of times that can really hold people back from giving themselves to God and to the church,” he says. “What I’m trying to communicate to everyone is that we have really made up in our minds that there’s no turning back.  We’re going all the way with this Jesus thing. We’re completely souled out. Our soul is completely given over to God.”

Produced by Donald Lawrence, SOULED OUT fuses up-tempo rhythms with Walker’s straight-to-the-heart worship style and traditional Gospel lyrics.   Guests include Ricardo Sanchez on the uplifting “Moving Forward,” and Shawn McLemore on the reprise of the classically rendered “It Shall Come To Pass.” One of Walker’s personal favorites is the melodically rich “God Favored Me,” featuring DJ Rogers and Marvin Sapp.  Walker says “this is the story of my life, and probably the story of most people’s lives; that the favor of the Lord is on our side and because of God’s favor, we’ve reached heights unknown and undreamed.”

“O Give Thanks” is a harmonic treat that serves as the throwback jam of SOULED OUT, a traditional timepiece that continues to assert Walker means business when it comes to Sunday morning; while the waltz-like, almost romantic “There’s No Way I Could Live Without You,” is a song of thanksgiving and adoration that also works as a choral acknowledgment of the many blessings God has bestowed on the life of this famed choir.

When not leading his blockbuster ensemble or splitting his time pastoring churches in New York and Pennsylvania, Walker gets behind a microphone of a different sort: he’s a radio host on New York’s 1190 WLIB, imparting hope and encouragement to anyone with ears to hear, especially those outside the four walls of the church.  He also is currently a celebrity judge for Verizon Wireless’ national choir competition How Sweet The Sound.

Partly inspired by these new avenues for spreading the Word, SOULED OUT is the next chapter in Walker’s music ministry.   “I’ve limited the world to the circle that I’m accustomed to,” Walker says. “The Lord has been teaching me that the world is much bigger. There are a lot of people who have not yet heard Hezekiah Walker—that haven’t even heard the Gospel. The Lord is putting me in places where I can really bring the Gospel to those who haven’t heard it.”

economies Down, People Can’t Get Enough Pay, As For Me, All I Can Say Is, “thank You, Lord For All You’ve Done For Me”.

As I sit here and look back over the years events, I cant help but imagine if I am the only one going through certain issues. My finances are jacked up, my living situation is a mess, I seemingly don’t know if I am coming or going at times. Sometimes it appears that I cant even get a prayer through. All I can do is just sit back and cry and wonder why. Why Lord. I just cant take it any longer. I call friends and I get the same response from them over and over again “You know man, I’m going through too”. One close female friend of mine in fun said “I wonder if God is playing some kind of cruel joke on me, POPE, I just cant take it any longer, I literally was going to kill myself the other day, LITERALLY!” I have friends that have been evicted from their homes. I have family who wont even speak to me. Is this what being saved is all about? What in the world can I learn from this. Oh, and lets not mention my church life. A HOT MESS! My pastor is going off. The missionaries are fighting one another and as always, there are individuals who are seeking TITLES instead of seeking the face of GOD. Trying to prostitute the Church Of God with gimmicks and tricks. You turn on the TV and every day there is some major religious leader falling by the way side. What the heck is going on???????????? These are issues that the SAINTS are going through that no one seemingly is wanting to touch. No one wants to preach about.

Oh my dear brother and sister help is on the way (and I’m preaching to myself right now). Something profound happened to me the other day. I forced myself to read the scriptures and noticed that there were some things that I needed to do in order to be in right standing with the Lord. For instance, I learned according to the Word that “trials come to make you strong”. Huh? What? Uh, I aint trying to go through no more trials. I am so tired of tribulations. Yet I found strength in knowing that God is making me the leader that he has called me to be. I am going to be blessed in my “go through”. Sure, we can say “The devil meant it for evil but God is meaning it for my good” but saints, that’s a real statement.

Right now, lets all do this. Lets close our eyes and take a deep breath. Lets then begin to think about the early 80’s and 90’s. Remember all those times we were going through then. Did not go come through for you then? YES HE DID! Now lets fast forward to September/October 2008. The junk that we are going through cant even be compared to the GLORY that GOD is going to get out of our lives when its all said and done. GO THROUGH CHILDREN. Suffer a little while. Your mother is dead? Your bills are due? You got an eviction notice. They are fixing to reposes your car? All those things God can handle. But you have to do one thing for the Lord and that’s to seek Him first. Seek ye first the Kingdom of God and all of his righteousness and all these things (houses, cars, land, money) will be added unto you). DON’T GIVE UP! In a little while Jesus will be coming back to take us all home to live with Him forever. The joy of the Lord is your strength! Count it all joy when fiery trials come your way knowing that they only exist for a little while. God is about to blow your mind (whether McCain or Obama is in office) GOD HAS YOUR BACK! He promised He will not leave you nor forsake you.

With that said, do something for the Lord today. Witness about his soon coming. Don’t let those Jehovah Witnesses and Mormons beat us at our own game. You don’t see them pulling the shades down and crying about not being able to pay their bills (and they aint even got the Holy Ghost speaking in tongues). Don’t let those Muslim brothers selling those bean pies and Final Calls on the street corner out witness and serve you. Live to be a blessing to someone else. Live to SERVE! Paul was a BOND SERVANT a literal SLAVE to the will of Christ (and remember now, he use to persecute the Christians prior to his conversion). Don’t blame anything on the devil any longer. TAKE CHARGE OF YOUR OWN DESTINY knowing that when you are in HIM all things will be good and work out for YOUR GOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THANK YOU JESUS. With that said, hold on. Help is on the way. Guess what? God wants to use you in this season to help someone who is not filled with the Holy Ghost to come out of their mess. God wants to use you to be a blessing to someone else. God wants to put His perfect will in you. Yield yourself to the things of God and watch Him blow your mind. LITERALLY!

Now if you were not encouraged by what I just wrote, its all good. I know I just encouraged myself and feel like dancing all over this airport. Rejoice in the Lord always, and again I say REJOICE!!!!!!!!!

Everyting is going to be alright ya hear!

The Pope Of Pentecost Is Going Through! I GOT MY WISDOM TEETH PULLED!

Saints when I tell you I am in such pain it aint even funny. Yes, I got my wisdom teeth pulled. I keep hearing horror stories about how its important to get rid of them before they erupt and you have more dental problems. Now granted, my wisdom teeth were all impacted and never gave me a problem, but I had to look into the future (ha ta ma shunda) and I said “Self, you better get them teeth pulled while you got them benefits before that McBush, I mean, McCain gets into office and takes all your poor man insurance away LOL LOL) so I had them pulled. LAWWWWWWWWWWDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD and I did not even get put to sleep. They numbed my mouth up and went to yanking! I even drove myself home afterwards in tears (sorta kinda). By the way, word on the street is yall black folks have not registerd to vote! Wassup with that? If you are 18 or older, you need to be registered to vote. Excercise your right. And yall Jehova’s Witnesses, I know yall dont vote, but you can at least put a good word in your Watchtower or Awake while you pass them out on the street corner and knock at doors. Tell the folks to register!

Yall, just pray for the Pope of Pentecost as I take this prescribed crack, I mean cocaine, I mean POT (or whatever these pain pills got in them). YEAH I SAID IT ! I am on drugs until the pain goes away LOL. (I don’t even know how I’m typing this). But I have not forgotten about my blessed readers. Its so much I want to talk about. Relationships, the state of the church, holiness, apostolic doctrine, the upcoming elections…yada yada yada…..but I just cant do it right now. So check back in a few days as I recuperate from this “oral surgery”.

And now, its time for me to pop another pill………………….yeah Lord!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

(yall know I am silly, it is what it is lol)

The Pope Of Pentecost Returns From Cuba (Havana)

Have I got a quick story for you. I was boarding the aircraft in Cuba coming back to Miami Florida. Well, let me back track, you wonder how did I get to Cuba since no American Airlines are allowed over there. Well, that’s not quite the truth. Companies charter planes to go over to Cuba from the United States (Fort. Lauderdale and Miami) so that’s how I got there. I was working a charter flight. Well, back to my story. I was boarding the plane and this old women in a long skirt and a chapel veil came on the plane. I smiled at her and knew she knew no English. I translated for her into Spanish and asked her if she was Apostolic. Her face lit up. She said YES! I said, “Apostolic were you Baptise in Jesus Name right”? She said “Ohhhhhh Yes”. When I tell you I almost went slam INNNNNNNNNNNN on that plane. I told her that the women in my church cover their heads too and that I was Apostolic. Man oh man did me and that old mother from cuba get to rejoicing. She started shouting when we landed in Miami “Jesus Christo, Jesus Christo”. I kissed her good bye and will probably never see her again until the rapture. But saints, I tell you, there are people living Holy all over this world YOU HEAR ME! Thank God for TRUE HOLINESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Let us continue to pray for the people in Cuba as they are a very poor nation over there. No soap. No toilet paper. They only eat chicken once a month and NEVER eat beef (there are no cows there). Fidel Castro really has them in bondage. But ohhhh, there is a God that sits high and looks low and I believe God for complete DELIVERANCE for Cuba and their horrendous government.

CUBA, I AM PRAYING FOR YOU!
