Sorry I have not written in such a long time. As everyone knows, I belong to a very WORD based old time multicultural Apostolic church down here in North Carolina. I get so much Word that I now have pages and pages and pages of golden nuggets of truth that will last me until Jesus comes and ultimately through all eternity. I’ve been sitting at the banquet table of the Lord Jesus Christ eating and eating and eating till I’ve become full again. I had no clue that during this transition, I’d stop writing my blog for a short season. However, thanks be to God I feel my help once again.
Now I’m ready to pour out the things that God has instilled in me through my Pastor. I’m ready to continue to pummel Satan and all of his imps with the Word of God. I realize that in certain parts of the USA in particular, there is an extreme famine for the Word. Oneness Pentecostals country wide are attempting to hold on to the doctrines which was once given to us not by man but by the Lord Jesus Christ himself. Unfortunately, wolves in sheep’s clothing have begun to mount the sacred desk and spew falsehoods that are causing entire congregations to fall by the wayside. This is unfortunate.
Let’s be reminded of some things. Jesus is the Mighty God. (Isaiah 9:6). There is only one God, and His name is one. (Deuteronomy 6:4, Zechariah 14:9, Ephesians 4:5). The baptism in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ (Acts 2:38) is the only water baptism by immersion that is acceptable and in line with scripture. The baptism of the Holy Ghost (Acts 2:4) with the sign of speaking in tongues is the clear and irrefutable evidence that the Holy Ghost is resident on the inside of the believer. Living a holy life is the scriptural pattern to seeing Jesus and life everlasting with Him. (Hebrews 12:14). The only way for us as a believer to conquer the flesh and not yield to temptation is to walk in the spirit.(Galatians 5:16) Outward holiness is still a requirement for the men and women of God in order to be in line with the New Testament Church teachings on modesty. (1 Timothy 2:9 ). Finally, every Holy Ghost filled believer is called to be a witness of the resurrected Christ. By witnessing I’m referring to living your life as a Christian so men will see your good works (Matthew 5:16, Acts 22:15).
Jesus answered and said unto them, Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up. John 2:19. It’s that time of year worldwide, where Christians reflect on the resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ. God in flesh sole purpose for coming to earth was to show us a more excellent way, fulfill the law, live and die just to live again to redeem all of us back into right standing with Him. Without the physical shedding of Jesus Christ blood, there was no remission of sin (forgiveness). (Hebrews 9:22). No other god can declare that they came down from heaven, wrapped themselves in flesh, and died for the sins of the world. This is the reason why Christianity is an exclusive religion. We can’t compare to any other religion out there.
“Most certainly, Jesus’ resurrection is significant—more so than any other resurrection ever to have taken place. Only Jesus’ resurrection was verbalized by inspired men as proof of His deity. Only Jesus rose never to die again. Only Jesus’ resurrection was prophesied in the Old Testament. Only Jesus prophesied of the precise day in which He would arise from the grave, and then fulfilled that prediction. Only Jesus’ resurrection was preceded by a perfect life—a life lived, given up, and restored in the resurrection for the purpose of becoming man’s Prince, Savior, and Mediator.” (Copyright © 2004 Apologetics Press, Inc. Rejoice and be glad. God has given us a way to take the blindfolds off our spiritual eyes through the resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ. No longer are we forced to live in darkness feeling our way through. The power of the resurrected Christ assures that if we keep our eyes on Him, we will be lead out of darkness and into His marvelous light. We have no excuse when we choose to sit in ministries that do not promulgate The Truth. You don’t have to settle for wolves in the pulpit. You don’t have to settle for false doctrine being preached from the sacred desk. You don’t have to turn the other way when you see evil and corruption in the house of God. God has made a way of escape for you to leave that which is evil and corrupt and find someplace whether small or great to worship God in the beauty of holiness and this is all because we service a risen Savior who lives today! Rise up and rejoice. For this is the day that the Lord has made. False prophets destroying God’s True Church will be dealt with! In the meantime, just focus on THE TRUTH which made all of us free indeed, and then bring others into the Truth. This Sunday would be a great opportunity to get as many souls into your church as possible so that our men of God who will be bringing forth the Word can minister to these souls, get them baptized in Jesus Name and get them all filled with the Holy Ghost so they can make it into heaven.
Happy Resurrection Weekend!
